- Define sponsorship levels and appropriate deliverables
- Create sponsor sales mailing package
- Create and manage sponsor marketing program
- Oversee sales process and execution of contracts with sponsors
- Invoice and collect sponsorship fees
- Create, produce Sponsor/Exhibitor Manual
- Manage and coordinate collection of all Sponsor materials (i.e. sponsor descriptions, logos, sponsor promotional materials, etc.)
- Negotiate, contract and coordinate demonstration materials and equipment for exhibit area
- Ensure that sponsors receive all deliverables purchased
- Manage on-site logistics including setup and tear-down of exhibits area
