• Define sponsorship levels and appropriate deliverables
  • Create sponsor sales mailing package
  • Create and manage sponsor marketing program
  • Oversee sales process and execution of contracts with sponsors
  • Invoice and collect sponsorship fees
  • Create, produce Sponsor/Exhibitor Manual
  • Manage and coordinate collection of all Sponsor materials (i.e. sponsor descriptions, logos, sponsor promotional materials, etc.)
  • Negotiate, contract and coordinate demonstration materials and equipment for exhibit area
  • Ensure that sponsors receive all deliverables purchased
  • Manage on-site logistics including setup and tear-down of exhibits area
