• Develop overall event marketing plan and budget
  • Oversee development of event brand and design
  • Manage production of conference collateral materials
  • Overall execution of marketing initiatives per plan
  • Create and manage the event website
  • Manage, design and deploy email, postal, and other marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate and select outside suppliers (i.e. printers, mail houses, list providers, signage, merchandising products, etc.)
  • Recruit and manage media/marketing partners to maximize event awareness
