- Develop overall event marketing plan and budget
- Oversee development of event brand and design
- Manage production of conference collateral materials
- Overall execution of marketing initiatives per plan
- Create and manage the event website
- Manage, design and deploy email, postal, and other marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and select outside suppliers (i.e. printers, mail houses, list providers, signage, merchandising products, etc.)
- Recruit and manage media/marketing partners to maximize event awareness
