- Establish an event theme and design the overall experience
- Create agenda and session content and format which enforce theme and drive attendance
- Manage call for papers and recruit speakers that add value and content to the agenda
- Create event timeline, speaker deadlines and manage Program Development Team to drive quality content, monitor development, manage content reviews and meet all event deadlines
- Overall speaker management to include collection of necessary materials for each presenter by deadline and enforcement of standards for presentation formats and materials
- Develop and manage an influential Advisory Board
